Our promise
We stand behind every subscription we sell. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
Eligibility
Refunds are available if a product fails to activate within 24 hours and cannot be replaced.
Non-refundable
Once a subscription is successfully activated and used, we cannot offer a monetary refund; a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Process
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback — we resolve 99% of issues within an hour on WhatsApp.
